Death on a Friday

Today has been a really hard day. My best friend's grandfather passed away today and my neighbor's father passed away today. Death just seems to be surrounding me...it is quite scary and just really depressing. I know that people die every minute, but the fact that two people from families that I am really close with died today is just horrible. I thank God every day for giving me my life and my family and friends. I think him for getting me to where I am today and keeping me safe, healthy and happy. Now, more than ever, am I thankful for what I have. I mean my neighbor's father just died suddenly. He was only a few years older than my mom. My grandmother (who I never met) died when she was only a few years older than how old my mom is. This is a hard time and I don't mean to get all religious on you because personally I am not very religious but really, be thankful for what you have! Tell your friends and family that you love them and resolve any petty fights or arguments that are happening, because you honestly don't know if they will make it to the next day. I know that that was really depressing, but it's part of life and it is something we will all have to deal with. I'll talk to you guys soon!

Time to Learn...

As you probably know, I am sort of home schooled. I take all my classes online, yes even AP classes. I actually get a lot of questions about my classes.

FAQ:

Are they hard?
Yeah they are difficult!! I have 4 AP classes...that's hard.

Do you get to wake up whenever you want to?
Yes and no. Yes, technically I can wake up whenever I feel like, but I also can't. I have a lot of work to do so I try to force myself to wake up by 7.

How long does it take you each day?
Well I can work as much or as little as I want every day, but I try to work for about 8-10 hours a day.

Is it fun?
Yeah I love it. It's lots of fun and much better than normal school for me...

Do you miss seeing your friends?
Of course I miss seeing my friends, but I see them on the weekend!

Hmm...

So I haven't quite gotten the hang of this whole blogging thing. I have this feeling that I won't for a while. I'm hoping that I do NOT give this up like I gave up with tumblr. Tumblr was just too much work to keep going and too confusing. This seems like fun. I like to talk about myself and share silly things, so maybe this is just the ticket. Right now I should be going to sleep, but here I am sitting and writing my first blog post. My dog is at the end of the bed taking all my leg room and snoring. I feel bad moving him, but he's in the way of my legs. Anyways I really do not have much else to say. But this is quite exciting! I can't wait to blog again! (Or whatever the proper term is...) I'll talk to you guys later:)
